· First time clients will be asked to fill out an intake form. To save time please print this_form, fill it out and have it ready prior for your appointment Please have all written medical reports in case you have them. If your insurance covers massage, I would be happy to provide the necessary information to file for reimbursement. Unconfirmed online reservations will be cancelled. Same day appointments are sometimes available but minimum 3 hours notice is usually required. I am not be able to check online schedule during business hours, so in case you wish to book an appointment for the same day with few hours notice, please call directly to my cell phone leaving a message and I will return your call as soon as possible.Usually available between 12pm to 10pm. (No calls after 10pm please).

- Draping is a must and not an option. I always drape my clients' intimate parts for them AND for me as to keep the session modest and professional. |
