I play soothing music of the new age composed especially for massage and relaxation (ocean waves, rain, flutes, piano, guitar, etc). I can also play soothing chill out, “Buddha Bar” kind of music. But feel free to play your own music.
To enhance your relaxation experience, I can provide aromatherapy essential oils (eucalyptus, lavender, grapefruit). Available upon request only. I do not carry them all the time so please let me know at the confirmation of your appointment. You can otherwise choose to light up your own aromatherapy candles.
I use water dispersible professional massage oil and professional massage cream, both unscented. If you have skin allergies please provide the oil/cream for the massage in order to prevent a reaction.
